Hi! My name is Emma!
I’ve spent over 10 years working in dental offices, both as a dental assistant and as a hygienist. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that an organized workspace makes everything easier. I’ve always loved having things, neat, labeled, and within reach-it just makes the day run smoother.
But not every office was like that.
When I started working temp jobs, I quickly realized how chaotic some dental offices could be. I’d open a drawer to grab an instrument, only to find supplies shoved wherever they could fit. It slowed everything down, created unnecessary stress, and made patient care harder that it needed to be.
That’s when it hit me- I could help fix this.
I started Organize My Ops because I know firsthand how much of a difference a well-organized operatory makes. My goal is to help dental teams create spaces that are efficient, stress-free, and easy to maintain. No more wasting time searching for instruments or dealing with cluttered cabinets-just a smooth, seamless workflow that lets you focus on what really matters: your patients.
